To secure your appointment, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit, which is non-refundable.
