Sérénité Spa – Terms & Conditions

At Sérénité Spa, we are committed to providing a calm, respectful, and nurturing environment where every client can relax, unwind, and reconnect with body and mind.

By booking or receiving any service, you agree to the following terms:

1. Client Consent & Request of Service

All treatments are provided only at the express request of the client. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are voluntarily requesting the chosen service and understand its nature as a wellness and relaxation treatment.

2. Wellness & Non-Medical Services

Sérénité Spa provides non-medical wellness, relaxation, and beauty services only. Treatments are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients should seek medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional when necessary.

3. Health Disclosure

Clients are responsible for informing the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect their treatment. Serenité Spa is not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.

4. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Sérénité Spa maintains strict professional standards. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or breach of professional boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may prevent future bookings.

5. Right to Refuse or End Service

For the safety and comfort of both client and therapist, Sérénité Spa reserves the right to refuse or stop a service at any time if the client appears unwell, intoxicated, or behaves inappropriately, or if conditions are unsafe.

6. Payment, Late Arrivals & Cancellations

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to respect the next appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be made with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during their visit. Sérénité Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

8. Liability Waiver

By receiving services, the client agrees that Sérénité Spa and its service providers are not liable for any injury, discomfort, or adverse reaction resulting from treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.

9. Agreement to Terms

By booking an appointment or receiving any service at Sérénité Spa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much, much more.
